YourCA is construction software built for Australian subcontractors. One account runs the whole job: the quote, the prestart pack, the contract terms and their dates, drawings and RFIs, long-lead orders, the crew roster and wages, the site diary and hold points, payment claims, variations, retention and the handover pack. It reads the head contract and shows the clause behind every date and figure. It drafts each claim, notice and statutory declaration for the subcontractor to sign and serve, and never sends anything to the builder. The account belongs to the subcontractor and works under any builder, who does not need to be on it. Data is stored in Sydney. The first job is free.
