YourItineraries is a web-based itinerary builder for small tour operators, destination management companies and travel agents.
Operators build a library of their locations, accommodation, activities and dining once, then assemble each tour day by day by picking from that library. Descriptions, photos and map positions are stored with each library item, so a change made once appears in every itinerary that uses it. Library content can be added one item at a time or imported from a spreadsheet.
Each tour is shared with the client as a branded web page, opened through a private link and PIN. The client sees a day-by-day summary, a route map, accommodation for each night and full detail for every day, and can view it in standard, full-width, slideshow or lightweight layouts, or download it as a PDF. Where the operator offers a choice of accommodation, the client selects their preference on the page, and can approve the itinerary with one click. A price quote can be attached to the tour.
Itineraries carry the operator's own logo, colours and fonts. The Pro plan adds the ability to embed sample itineraries on the operator's own website, use any font by name, and serve itineraries from the operator's own web address.
YourItineraries is sold as a monthly subscription with two plans, Starter and Pro, with no charge per itinerary or per client. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. Optional setup packages are available for operators who want their branding and first content loaded for them.
