YoRecord records the screen, webcam and microphone in a desktop browser and produces one MP4 video. It needs no download, extension or account.
What it does: records screen, webcam and microphone together; trims, splits and speeds up clips; adds zoom, backgrounds, frames and chapters; makes captions automatically after you stop recording, editable word by word; finds filler words and long pauses for review before cutting; exports MP4; creates a share link.
How it handles data: recording, editing and export run in the browser. A video is uploaded only when the user creates a share link. For captions, the audio (never the video) is sent to Groq's Whisper API, by default; a switch on the recorder turns this off.
Plans: Free is $0 with no card, up to 10 minutes per recording, MP4 at 720p with a small yorecord.com label, and share links that play for 31 days. Pro is $4 per month or $29 per year for the first 50 subscribers, then $6 per month: 20-minute recordings, up to 1440p on a wide enough display, no label, your own logo mark, and share links that stay live while subscribed.
Limits: works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a desktop computer; exports are most reliable in Chrome and Edge. Safari, phones and tablets are not supported. No team workspace, comments or video analytics.
