Yestivo is event budget software for event agencies, corporate event teams, production companies and DMCs.
Your team builds each event's budget in an Excel-like grid with formulas, paste and keyboard moves, or imports an existing Excel file. The client gets a private link by email, no account needed. From there they approve the budget, or leave notes on any line and send them together.
After the client approves, every change needs a reason and goes to the client as waiting. The approved total only moves when the client says yes. The history keeps who changed what, when, by how much and why, so the final invoice has nothing left to argue about.
Teams can invite their planners, search every event and budget line, archive finished events, and download any budget as a tidy Excel file.
Yestivo is free while in early access. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt).
