Great for dependency managemnent

|Yarn
Yarn makes it easy to combine all of our dependencies into one simple place. Before we used to use npm and bower to manage the different source js libraries, but yarn simplifies this process. It also allows us to do pre and post install scripts so that we don't have to use something like gulp.

Used to be a really great competitor to npm

|Yarn
Ease to use if you are coming from npm dependency manager. Fast and production ready. Support guaranteed as it is supported by Facebook.

A nice evolution from node package manager

|Yarn
The ability of locking peer dependencies is one my favorite features, the speed is also a great improvement from npm

What is Yarn?

Yarn is a fast, reliable, and secure dependency management tool designed for JavaScript projects. It facilitates the process of managing and sharing code efficiently by ensuring consistent package installations and providing advanced features like workspace support, concurrent operations, and offline caching. Originally released by Facebook, Yarn aims to address issues found in other package managers, such as npm, offering improved performance and predictability.
