I have tested a number of AI Chatinterfaces and RAG Tools, Buddy starred in terms of meaningful and high relevant conversational results on the on side, and the way the user can adapt and guide Buddy's behaviour on how Buddy should act in particular, given individual conversations and requests. Integration into our website was more than easy and fast, and most importantly, it never broke which means uninterrupted availability. We are using Buddy frequently, and interestingly beside that we noticed an increase in website traffic overall since we introduced Buddy. Customer support is just brilliant, as many recommendations in Buddys early phase were implemented, which lad to high customer satisfaction.
