Cartsaver by Xtnd sends every cash on delivery order a WhatsApp or SMS message, and the customer confirms it with one tap. Orders nobody confirms can be flagged as high risk or cancelled after a wait you choose. You can also verify the phone number before the order, with a pre-checkout pop-up or Fast Checkout, a one-page COD order form. The same WhatsApp chat then carries order updates, cart recovery, cross-sells, reviews, auto-replies and campaigns, through the official WhatsApp Business API.
