Easy to schedule working hours and quick to navigate

Xemplo's greatest strength lies in its ability to centralise my HR functions. Onboarding documents, task management, and employee information are easily accessible and from one location. This has made my role easier, as I no longer need to search through multiple folders or systems for worker information or HR documents, saving me valuable time.

I liked how easy it was to access key documents relating to my employment. I can sign in any time on my phone to lodge leave requests, check my leave balance, submit expense requests, obtain payslips, etc in seconds. Everything is there on the app and the interface is easy to navigate and find what I am looking for. I like that I can do all this without having to contact HR for it as I used to do in a previous workplace! I also liked how clear and user friendly the entire employee onboarding process was made, using Xemplo. Outstanding action items were clearly set out and it was always easy to contact someone to assist whenever I needed any clarification
