Xelera POS is a cloud point-of-sale system built in Peru for small retailers: corner stores (bodegas), minimarkets, liquor stores, hardware stores, clothing stores, restaurants and phone repair shops. It runs in the browser on the phone, tablet or PC the business already has, and as an Android app on Google Play.
Sell by scanning or tapping products, by unit, weight or case, with wholesale prices; track customer credit with payments; open and close the cash register by shift; manage inventory with real average cost, shrinkage and minimum stock; and issue electronic receipts, invoices and credit notes that go to SUNAT (Peru's tax authority) in seconds, with no per-document fees. Receipts can be sent by WhatsApp or printed on any thermal printer.
It keeps selling when the internet goes down: sales are saved on the device and uploaded automatically when the connection returns. It also includes user roles and permissions, several stores in one account, quotations, an online store with orders, and an account for the business's accountant with the monthly close.
Interface in Spanish. Plans from S/ 60 per month (about US$ 16), with no setup fees or long-term contracts, and a 15-day free trial.
