SHERLOX is an all-in-one AI platform by XEFI that connects AI assistants and agents to the tools your teams already use. In Internal mode, business agents work on Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), Dynamics 365, Jira, Lucca, Microsoft Exchange, XEFI DailyApps and any tool with an API, each acting only with the access rights of the person using it. In External mode, users query general-purpose models (GPT, Claude, Mistral) or Alix, XEFI's sovereign model hosted in its French datacenters, fully isolated from company tools. Each agent is a shared workspace with its own instructions, knowledge, connections, memory and scheduled routines (including sending emails), plus an auto-pilot that turns recurring work into reusable skills. SHERLOX answers with cited sources, fills Excel files with formulas intact, produces Word and PowerPoint documents on company templates (also available as an Office add-in), generates charts and tables, and offers a hands-free voice mode in French, English, Spanish, Dutch and German. Security: dedicated database and domain per customer, per-user encrypted OAuth2 connections, a private mode that stores nothing, and real-time tracking of AI credit consumption per user. Per-user billing, with onboarding by a dedicated XEFI sales representative.
