LabReach is an electronic remote order comms for test requesters that are outside of traditional healthcare networks. Hospitals and GPs have long benefited from electronic order communication to deliver safe and efficient test requesting and results. But many healthcare organisations outside of mainstream networks still rely on paper workflows. For various reasons, occupational and sexual health services, prisons, and others still operate using paper-based tests. This leads to delays in results being returned to patients and — ultimately — a deterioration of patient care. LabReach allows these requesters to send digital test requests straight to labs' LIMS, reducing workload and ensuring safe, accurate submission, tracking, and delivery of test results.
