We've been using Wyn Enterprise since its release in 2019 to generate our daily and weekly company reports, which are distributed via email in both Excel and PDF formats. The data for these reports originates from our financial system, and Wyn Enterprise has proven to be an invaluable tool for our reporting needs. The support team was quick to respond, downloading logs from our server and working diligently to resolve the issue within a few days. Their prompt and effective assistance ensured minimal disruption to our reporting processes. Technical Requirements: While Wyn Enterprise is user-friendly, it does require some knowledge of SQL-Server, particularly in understanding how queries work to retrieve data for reports. This technical requirement is a small trade-off for the powerful capabilities and customization options that Wyn offers. Impact on Reporting Process: Wyn Enterprise has significantly improved our reporting process and efficiency. It has enabled us to keep various departments informed about their progress through weekly production reports. Additionally, we utilize Wyn for various auditing capabilities, such as tracking when new items are activated, monitoring sales prices, and managing business partner credit limits. These features have been crucial in maintaining transparency and control within our organization.

Wyn Enterprise is complex with many capabilities but also easy to use with a quick ramp up time. It also comes with a helpful and extremely knowledgeable support staff. It can be used as a stand-alone BI tool as well as easily integrated into your own application.

An easy to use out of the box product that is highly customizable to different business use cases. Able to generate impressive data visuals for presentations and data analytics. One of the best reporting and analytics tools I've used.
