If you work closely with your rep there or their support team that can assist you in getting your approval rates up. We worked with them to increase our valid approval rates up from 97% to 99.2%. While we still didn't get any fraud, we were able to accept more orders.

We have been using NoFraud for several years after having repeated fraud orders. Once we added NoFraud, the fraudulent orders were non existence and it gave us peace of mind. There are still some frauds that come through, but we are confident in having their team guide us in the issue at hand and to help us solve the problem. Some of the issues were not related to the NoFraud app so it wasn't there fault. I would NOT manage an online business without NoFraud. It is a MUST HAVE app when operating an ecommerce store. I think the dashboard is super user friendly and it's very easy to use. It's accessible to everyone on our team, which means anyone can use it without having to ask for help. I also like using the rule set for customer orders with Wyllo, as it's a lot easier compared to other third-party apps we've used for blocking fraudulent order activity. This feature helps control orders that come through, so they don't process incorrectly and ensure we don't lose any money.
