leitstelle.live is a cloud-based dispatch and incident management platform for aid organizations, fire services, private medical services and event organizers. It replaces parallel radio notes, chat groups and spreadsheets with one shared operational picture, from the first alert to the final report.
Dispatchers create tasks, get resource suggestions and alert units by push, SMS or phone call, then follow each alert until the responder answers. Radio status and GPS positions appear live on the situation map, so the control room, field teams and station displays always work from the same information.
The platform consists of five connected applications:
- Leitstelle: browser-based control room workstation for dispatching, mapping and incident command
- Leitstelle Mobil: tablet app for mobile command vehicles, including emergency and talk-request alerts
- Einsatz-App: responder app for Android and browser with full-screen alerts, status buttons, navigation and GPS tracking
- Alarmmonitor: station display for alerts, status and maps, running in a browser, on Windows or on Android
- Portal: administration of staff, units, vehicles, roles, incident planning, reports and statistics
Key capabilities:
- Dispatching: task management, resource suggestions, delivery tracking, follow-up alerts and test alerts
- Situation map: live GPS, tactical symbols, drawing tools, GPX/KML/GeoJSON import, custom map services, and severe weather and public warnings
- Group alerting: alert people without a running incident, see who is coming and when, and move the response into an incident
- Patients and mass casualty incidents: patient records, triage, handover, transport requests and first aid station management
- Communication: chat, radio plan, telephony over your own SIP accounts, shared mailboxes and structured messages
- Documentation: automatic incident log, reports, PDF and Excel exports, document archive and statistics
- Integrations: REST-based incident intake, webhooks, Alamos FE2 and DIVERA 24/7
- Resilience: fallback mode for the control room when the connection is lost, and offline use of the responder app
- Security: EU hosting, separated data per organization, passkey sign-in, granular roles, retention rules and a data processing agreement
No installation or own servers are required: operations, updates and backups are included. Pricing starts with a free plan, and nonprofit organizations receive a 20% discount. The user interface is in German.
