Wrkbase is employee management software for small businesses and remote teams. It puts the day-to-day work and the people side in one workspace, so the same employee record sits behind tasks, hours, attendance, leave and pay. Work: a task board, time tracking that starts when a task moves to In progress, team chat, a shared calendar and announcements. People: employee profiles, onboarding and offboarding checklists, HR letters, an org chart, attendance against your office hours, leave requests with balances, salary pay runs with payslips, and a performance score based on task completion. Business: a leads pipeline with automatic follow-up tasks, plus invoices and expense claims. An AI agent can take 48 different actions across the workspace. It shows you its plan first and only acts once you confirm, and every action is written to an audit log. Free for up to 5 people with no card. Team is $8 per member per month and adds payroll, performance, the AI agent, leads and finance. Payroll is salary-based tracking: it does not calculate hourly pay, file taxes or send money.
