Accurate and Efficient AI for Customer Support
I like that WRITER delivers accurate, context-aware responses using enterprise knowledge. It really helps in reducing customer support response time by automating common inquiries. The initial setup was also fast, which was a great advantage.

--Deep, Proactive Insights That Anticipate Obstacles
I like that it can think through things more deeply and anticipate obstacles to getting information before I even need to. I like the interface because this application is easy to use. The pricing is very good as the team was able to add me seamlessly onto their license so we all share a team one. This is the first application where the intergration between it and other apps is seamless I can give it Accenture's template and ask it simultaneasly to do reseacrch and compile slides. It was super effortless to get onboarded. I was added as a team memebr through the link and started working

Product Marketing Leader | GTM Strategy | AI | Cybersecurity | Enterprise SaaSFlexible, Content-Centric Tool with Pricing Hurdles
I like how WRITER can take my suggestions and go back to make modifications until I'm happy with the end result. It's great that there's no setup required; I just input my content and tell WRITER what needs to be done. The ease of use is a big plus for me.
