Excellent Resource for Download Centric Websites

Wordpress Download Manager allows you to have a centralized , analytic filled manager for all your content downloads. It adds features to wordpress that you can't begin to imagine. It even provides cloud based storage solutions, drag and drop uploads and security protection for your content. This is just absolutely one of the best if not the best Content Download Managers available for wordpress.

Depends on your expectations. It met ours

|WordPress Download Manager
Depends, whether you can go with free or need to upgrade to Pro version. Free version is quite limited, so it was no go for us. I appreciated the complexity of password protection, which gives the WP Download Manager the competitive advantage. Documentation is also great, if you need go a bit deeper + updates are very frequent.
