WebRezPro has all of the features we really need and it is fairly simple to use! (There are some features that we want that they do not have, but for the most part they have everything we need which is great!) We have been using it webrez since 2019 and have enjpyed our experience. Their support is usually pretty quick to help when we need it (they answer calls and emails) which we really appreciate! We have asked WebRez to make changes to their system or add new integrations and more times than not, they have actually done it which makes us feel heard and valued as customers.

The system is very simple to use, good reports and the BEST to revenue manage and yield a smaller hotel. Support is also excellent.
