STAFF AI is a chat agent for factory staff. Workers send a question in the chat app they already use, in their own language, and STAFF AI answers from the factory's records. What staff can ask today: stock for one item or the full list, items below safety stock, order status and due dates, and a new order draft. How changes are handled: STAFF AI reads records and does not edit them. A new order is saved only after a person taps Confirm; until then it stays a draft. Requests to change, delete or cancel something are refused, with a note to do it in the factory's own system screen. When asked about data it is not connected to, it says so instead of guessing. Languages: English, Chinese, Japanese and Indonesian are tested. Vietnamese is in testing.
