They care. They research and tailor the site to your message. They assess how you do and make you better.

I chose Wonderfish because James Calistra struck me as a very credible, thoughtful guy. They make getting on quality podcasts far easier, and James, Tricia, and the team have a lot of expertise and know-how. I value their relationships with podcast hosts, where their recommendation and advocacy count, and their keen understanding of how to create hooks, package me, and give hosts what they want. They even helped me put up a website to enhance my credibility for getting on podcasts. Their platform makes it easy for me to review the podcasts they are pitching me for, although the real value is their know-how and understanding of the podcast sector. They increase the batting average of enabling me to get on high-quality podcasts. They have been consistent, very professional, and very thoughtful. I’m a big fan.

Working with Wonderfish has been smooth from the first call through prep and scheduling. What stood out most is how organized the process is. Trisha and James handled logistics clearly, and the prep materials, including detailed podcast research and talking point guidance ahead of each recording, made it easy to walk in prepared rather than guessing what the host would ask.

One thing I particularly value is Wonderfish OS. It's loaded with my podcast episodes and other sources, and it helps me draft social media content based on what I've actually said and published, rather than starting from a blank page every time. That alone has saved me a meaningful amount of time.

The turnaround on scheduling and coordination has been fast, and nothing has fallen through the cracks across multiple bookings.
