WOMS is cloud-based workshop management software for auto repair shops and collision (body and paint) shops in Uruguay and Latin America. It covers the whole job, from the vehicle check-in to the invoice: work orders with service history by license plate, a check-in sheet with dashboard warning lights, photos and customer signature, quotes with insurer-specific rates (and import of insurer estimates), approval and conversion to a work order with photos by stage, parts inventory and purchasing, a daily cash register in Uruguayan pesos and US dollars, appointments and service scheduling, and DGI electronic invoicing (CFE: e-Ticket and e-Factura). WOMS sends ready-made WhatsApp messages to customers from the work order, quote or appointment, and automatic appointment reminders. Team members get role-based access.
