Wisegrid is work management built on a real spreadsheet grid. Each sheet holds up to 1,000,000 cells with 118 formula functions, cross-sheet references, and row hierarchy, and the same sheet flips into Gantt, kanban, or calendar views. On top of the grid: live dashboards, cross-sheet reports with pivot tables, a form builder with conditional logic and your branding (never ours), and visual automations with approvals and no monthly run cap. Pricing is deliberately boring: one plan, $19 per editor per month, every feature included. View-only collaborators are free and are never quietly converted into paid seats. Start with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. Moving in is self-serve: import from Excel, or use the one-token importer that mirrors your existing workspaces with formulas translated and attachments included. Getting out is just as easy: any sheet exports to Excel, CSV, or a ZIP bundle with every attachment. Recent additions include AI functions inside formulas (=CLASSIFY, =EXTRACT, =SUMMARIZE) with a metered monthly allowance, and Blueprints for saving any project as a reusable, provisionable template.
