Wise Timetable is academic timetabling and scheduling software for
universities, colleges and schools, built and supported by the same
independent team since 2003.
It starts somewhere no other system does: with your lecturers. Instead of
collecting availability through hundreds of emails and phone calls, you open
a web booking system to your teaching staff. They sign in through a browser,
book the hours they are free, and the administrator then generates a
conflict-free timetable around exactly that availability — in minutes. No
installation for staff, nothing to email back, and nobody can object that
they were scheduled at an impossible hour, because they chose the hours
themselves.
The licence is complete rather than tiered. Automatic generation, constraint
handling, conflict detection, room booking with an approval workflow, exam
scheduling with seating plans, substitution and cover management, student
attendance by rotating QR code, digital signage, iOS and Android apps,
calendar subscriptions, a documented REST API and scheduled automation are
all included. There is no feature tier and no per-student fee.
Pricing is published rather than gated: from EUR 90 per month, licensed per
independent timetable, with unlimited users, unlimited desktop installations
and unlimited programmes, rooms, groups and staff.
Deployment is your choice — fully hosted in the cloud, or entirely on your
own servers where data must not leave the network. Wise Technologies holds an
ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certificate issued by a UK-based certification body, and
operates under GDPR from the European Union.
