DitaExchange is a component content management system (CCMS) that runs inside Microsoft SharePoint, with authoring in Microsoft Word. Regulators and regulated organisations in aviation, defence, nuclear and finance use it to write, reuse, approve and publish rules, procedures and manuals, with a full audit trail. EASA has published European aviation regulations with DitaExchange since 2018. The platform includes Dx5 (management and publishing in SharePoint), DxAuthor+ (structured authoring in Word), DxChecker (automatic content quality rules) and DxMigrationTool (import of existing documents).
