Winglark is event software for organisers, venues, agencies and companies. One guest record carries each person from the invitation to the door, through the event and into the follow-up and report.
Before the event: import and clean the guest list (duplicates and broken addresses found before anyone is invited), design invitations from templates or with AI Studio, send them with delivery traced for every guest, and collect RSVPs that update the list as they arrive. Late changes reach only the guests they concern.
At the door: every guest carries a personal QR code, and any phone becomes a scanner that keeps working offline, with several doors on one list.
During the event: one link opens each guest's programme, venue map, updates, live polls and questions, networking suggestions and photo sharing, with nothing to install. The team runs everything from one control room screen.
Afterwards: follow-ups to attendees and no-shows, a designed PDF report and exports.
