Wildfire exists to shatter every tired, negative stereotype people have either heard about or experienced when working with a marketing agency. It starts with accountability, and how we see and treat one another. Wildfire is not just the company you work for; it's our work family. Preferably, long-term partners built on trust and respect. Partners looking for the most strategic, creative and effective solutions while facing the same concerns and challenges we all face. Every day we work on a variety of projects, big and small. No matter the size, every project and the people working alongside us get respect. We take pride in our work, always speaking positively of it to others. We remain inclusive in the process, sharing what we do, how we think and who we are while inviting our partners to do the same. Never pitching or selling. Why? Because sharing invites people in; selling pushes them out in the least genuine way possible. Be genuine. All the work we do—strategy, social, design, art direction, digital, writing, from creation to presentation—must stand up to companies 10 times our size. For that to happen, we have surrounded ourselves with smart, talented people who teach and learn from one another. We show up every day, eager to give it all we’ve got. We leave insecurities and egos at the door. We think globally, not just locally. And we remain grateful for what we have…what we’ve earned.
