Whole Team is for the people who run a grassroots sports club in their spare time. A parent taps In or Out for a child; a coach sees the count and picks the team; the treasurer sees what's come in, what's owed and what's overdue on one page. Fixtures carry the kick-off and directions. Each team has one thread, and there are no direct messages, so there is nothing between an adult and a child that a parent can't see. Photos are blurred on the phone before they are shared. Lost property, a code of conduct everyone agrees each season, coaches' safeguarding checks with renewal dates, and a club website that builds itself from the club's own fixtures and news. Subs, match fees and pay-as-you-play are paid by card into the club's own Stripe account; Whole Team never holds the money. Set up takes about ten minutes. Nothing to pay to use it; 1% on payments made through the app, capped at £5. iPhone, Android and web. Built in Edinburgh by coaches, for children's sport first: no adverts, no data sales.
