Sagoma Pro is coaching software built for the gym floor rather than the desk. Standing mode moves every control into the bottom third of the screen and roughly doubles its size, so a trainer logs a client's set one-handed while the other hand is on the client. The whole session can run from an Apple Watch with the phone in a locker - today's sessions, who is next, the notes worth recalling about the client in front of you, and a surface to log sets - reconciling when the devices meet again. Voice notes dictated between sets become searchable across the whole roster, and the recording never leaves the phone. Programmes can be written by hand or drafted from a client's own history and edited before anyone sees them. Check-ins arrive with the weigh-ins, sessions and food already beside them. Every client chooses what their trainer may see, category by category, enforced by encryption rather than by a setting. Everything works with no signal and syncs when a connection returns. One seat covers unlimited clients with no per-client charge, at $49 a month or $449 a year. Clients use Sagoma Link, free, on iPhone or Android. Available for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
