WhistleSafe is an internal whistleblowing scheme as a web service for Danish organisations. People report through your own link or QR code, without a name, an e-mail address or an account, and follow their report with a report ID. You handle the cases in WhistleSafe: the Danish act's 7-day and 3-month deadlines are counted on every case, you write with the person who reported without knowing their name, and departments and 14 permissions control who sees what.
You get a ready-made whistleblowing policy, a poster with a QR code and a data processing agreement in the app. A guided setup takes you through the required steps, and if you'd like help, we go through it with you on a Teams meeting at no extra cost.
The price is DKK 2,490 a year or DKK 249 a month excl. VAT per organisation, whatever the number of employees. No set-up fee, and the first 30 days are free with no payment card. Data is hosted in Microsoft Azure in the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest. WhistleSafe ApS is a Danish social enterprise.
