Wevree

Wevree is anonymous employee feedback for small businesses. Team members rate each other anonymously every week, or on whatever schedule the owner chooses. Over time each person builds a record, so the owner can see who goes above and beyond and where someone needs support, without chasing people for feedback or writing reviews from memory. Every rating stays anonymous: the app shows results, never who gave which rating. A manager is one rater among many and is rated by the team too. Employees keep a record of their own work (WeResume). Works for any team of 4 or more. Available in English, Spanish, and Korean. 30-day free trial, no card.
