I like how easy it is to plug and play different services and already-built templates when building proposals. It truly makes trying to get new clients a lot easier. I've also been using the invoicing feature to send invoices to clients, and they seem to understand the UX well enough because invoices are being paid. I also feel like they have excellent customer support when I have questions, and I love seeing all the new updates they've been working on.
