Wuppomat is a volunteer shift planner for organizations that run festivals: sports clubs, schools and their parent associations, parishes and fire brigades. The organizer builds the plan once on a computer: days, tasks like drinks, grill or cash desk, shifts, and things to bring such as cakes. Volunteers sign up on their phone through a link or a QR code on a printed notice, without an account or app. The evening before, every volunteer gets an email with their shift and answers yes or no; if someone cancels, the organizer is told at once and gets a ready message for the group chat. The volunteer page is available in seven languages. One festival day with up to 40 shift places is free; Plus costs 19 € per event, paid by the organization with an invoice including VAT. Volunteers never pay. Data is hosted in Germany.
