Keruja is event workforce management software for staffing agencies and caterers. It brings recruitment, onboarding, worker records, staff scheduling, attendance, compliance and payroll preparation into one system. Teams can manage configurable recruitment pipelines, training and document status, then organise events, jobs and shifts from the same worker record. Multi-factor staff matching supports assignment decisions while managers remain in control. Staff can receive shift offers, manage availability and check in or out using mobile GPS or QR workflows, with offline support where needed. Compliance tools track UK Right to Work, contracts, training and expiry dates, and can block assignments when required documentation is missing. Approved attendance feeds payroll preparation, including rate calculations and CSV exports for external payroll processing. Separate agency, staff and client portals provide role-based access to the information each user needs.
