What I love most about WellSteps is that it fits into real life. I’m busy, and honestly, I don’t need another app making me feel like I’m failing at being healthy. I like that WellSteps meets me where I am. WellSteps gives me lots of different ways to work on my health and lets me decide what makes sense for me. Some weeks I’m all in on a challenge. Other weeks, I might find a recipe I want to try, track a few things, read something that gets me thinking, or realize I’ve been sitting way too long and need to get up and move. I really like seeing my progress too. Those little wins matter. Sometimes just seeing that I’ve been more consistent than I realized is enough to make me want to keep going. And I think that’s probably my favorite thing about WellSteps. It doesn’t make wellness feel like this huge project I need to tackle. It just helps me make a better choice today, then another one tomorrow.
