Wellspoken is AI communication coaching software for sales, customer success, and leadership teams. Sales enablement and L&D leaders use it to make speaking skill measurable and to shorten new-rep ramp time. Every member gets a Wellspoken Index: a 1000-point score across six weighted dimensions, structure, conciseness, confidence, pronunciation, filler rate, and pace. Scores roll up from member to team to organization in the admin dashboard, so leaders can report skill movement over time instead of course completion rates. Echo, the built-in AI coach, role-plays the conversations your team actually has: discovery calls, objection handling, board updates, performance reviews, and mock interviews. Teams pick from dozens of built-in scenarios or build custom ones. Echo remembers every session, surfaces patterns across the team, and scales to any headcount, so coaching stops depending on senior manager availability. Wellspoken also syncs with the calendar and analyzes real meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, returning notes, action items, and a score for how each person spoke. That connects five minutes of daily practice to live customer conversations. Deployment is email-based team invites with per-team admins, and it scales from 20 to 20,000 members without changing how you deploy. Private by default: members can auto-delete audio and video on 1, 7, or 30-day cycles, deleting an account wipes every session, and data is encrypted in transit. Available on iPhone, Android, and Mac.
