A great tool to convert FrameMaker to online help

The tool is very flexible and if you know XML and XSL you can tailor it to a fine degree. Once setup the conversion of a FM files, including multiple FM books is at the touch of a button.

Great platform for mid-size company

I enjoy the experience for the end user, it can be extremely personalized and tailored to specific needs.

The most powerful way to publish FrameMaker content

* Wide variety of customizable output formats including CHM, JavaHelp, old-school framed HTML help, modern responsive web help, Oracle help, pure XML, etc. * Enables tech writing teams to take (often quite old) FrameMaker content and generate modern-looking online documentation without having to learn DITA. * Scriptable, integrates easily into automated build environments.

Single-source technical documentation for every output format, with AI-ready knowledge generated automatically as part of every build.

WebWorks, a division of Quadralay Corp., builds WebWorks ePublisher, a help authoring tool for technical content teams that need to publish from one source to every output format their audience uses. Teams can combine any input format in one project — Markdown++, Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, and DITA XML — and publish to twelve output formats, including WebWorks Reverb 2.0, PDF, ePUB, and established formats like HTML Help, Oracle Help, and Sun JavaHelp. Every Reverb 2.0 build also generates a Knowledge Base archive: a clean, structured Markdown version of the published documentation, so AI assistants and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems always work from the same up-to-date content. Most single-source publishing tools treat AI readiness as an add-on export — ePublisher builds it in from the start, with no separate pipeline to maintain. WebWorks has published technical documentation since 1992, serving customers in more than thirty-five countries.
