ManagerCreative answers a company's WhatsApp and email with AI, at any hour. It does not reply from memory: it looks the answer up in the documents the company has published (price lists, terms, product sheets) and in its business software, and it is instructed to say which document each figure comes from. It connects to Dolibarr, Odoo, Holded, HubSpot or a custom API, and to Google Calendar or the Microsoft 365 calendar for appointments. Without business software it still answers and leaves everything as messages for the person in charge. It reads photos and PDFs and listens to WhatsApp voice notes. Over WhatsApp it creates contacts, books appointments and opens work orders. Quotes and orders are prepared as drafts and wait for a person to approve them: it does not close orders or issue invoices. Every conversation and every action is logged in a dashboard where anyone can step in and reply by hand. The first message of every conversation tells the customer they are talking to an automated assistant and can ask for a person. A Webs Creative service for companies in Spain and the rest of the European Union.
