It's very easy to set up and if you are need a button on your website that links to a form. I needed a way to get information for baby dedications for our church website. WIX does not give you unlimited "designer" forms that look WONDERFUL. The church needed quite a bit of information. I was able to create the forms quickly and they looked stunning. It was the biggest baby dedication we ever had with 26 BABIES!!

So I have tried Weavely recently and I can say it is pretty good tool. It is fast and easy to use. The UI is easy to understand, if you're using it for a first time you can easily understand the behavior. It saves so much time if you're looking for some survey forms, feedback forms and many more. It have some pretty good templates which we can make a good use. Even if you don't want to use the predefined template, you can also give the prompt you like and it provides the results.
