What I like best about Wayfound is that it's built for the people who are responsible for how an AI agent performs, not just the engineers who built it. Most monitoring tools tell you whether an agent is running. Wayfound tells you whether it's doing a good job: whether it's following your guidelines, staying on brand, and getting the outcome you wanted. You don't need to write code to understand that, which makes it much easier for a product or business owner to stay in control. I also like that it doesn't stop at spotting problems. It reads every conversation, sends alerts when something goes wrong, and suggests specific improvements, so you aren't left digging through transcripts yourself. The scorecards and performance-review style metrics, like guideline violations and knowledge gaps, make it easy to see whether an agent is getting better over time.

I like how easy it is to understand employee feedback and identify patterns. The interface is simple, and the insights are practical enough to act on quickly. It helped us notice repeated feedback around communication and workload in a particular team, so we could discuss it with the managers and make a few changes before it became a bigger issue.
