Wavosaur: Free, Basic and Straight to the Point

The best part about Wavosaur is that for the most part, what you see is what you get. Although, there are some effect plug-ins that you can download to beef the program up a bit. This program doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles but it's free and does a lot of basic sound editing well. The program itself is less than 1mb!!
