Wave records every kind of conversation—not just scheduled video calls. An AI notetaker bot joins your Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams meetings from your calendar; the desktop app captures mic and system audio with no bot in the call; the Chrome extension records any browser tab; the built-in phone dialer records both sides of phone calls using your real caller ID; and your phone or Apple Watch records in-person conversations. You can also import existing audio and video files (MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4, and more). Every recording gets a transcript with automatic speaker labels, an AI summary with key decisions and action items, and lands in a searchable library.
