Real deliverability gains with smart auto-throttling
The warmup engine actually works and reports real numbers, not vanity metrics. Across 6 mailboxes on 3 domains we're seeing over 97% inbox placement and a 0.2% bounce rate. What stood out most is the automatic throttling: when one mailbox's warmup mail started landing in spam, WarmySender cut its volume on its own to let reputation recover, instead of letting me find out the hard way through a real campaign. That's the kind of protection that's easy to undervalue until you've been burned by a domain going dark. The lifetime deal pricing also makes it a strong value for building real sending infrastructure rather than a one-off tool.

I love receiving daily scheduled updates in my AI assistant, which feels like having a team member who is consistently available. I prefer this workflow over others like Voila Norbert Email Sequences, especially with the MCP feature and email validation that made the transition worthwhile without any difficulties, thanks to the documentation and integration support.

WarmySender makes email warm-up relatively simple. Once the account is connected and configured, most of the activity can run automatically. I also find the reporting useful for keeping an eye on how the email accounts are performing instead of having to manually check everything.
