WarehouseSOP is written-procedure software for warehouse and 3PL operations. Answer a questionnaire about the building once and a coverage map lists every procedure that applies, marked written, draft or missing. The library holds 105 templates across 17 categories, covering forklift, lockout and tagout, hazmat, PPE, emergency response, dock and yard, receiving, picking, packing and shipping. Generation fits a template to the customer equipment, job titles and shift pattern rather than composing a safety program from nothing. Of the 105, 88 cite the paragraph they satisfy, 29 CFR 1910 for general industry and 49 CFR for hazmat shipping; the other 17 state that no regulation governs them. One approved SOP produces a branded PDF with control number and revision history, a floor card whose QR code reports whether the posted revision is current, and a printed sign off sheet. Pro and Multi-Site add Spanish, digital sign offs, an unlimited roster, an audit binder and standard change alerts.
