I'm a web designer and developer but I know that there's no point spending time building a set of features when there's a product like Waitlister that can do it for me in an hour. I opted to use the embedded form approach which allows me to create the landing page in the exact style I want whilst enjoying all the benefits of the form + backend processes that Waitlister provides which is the perfect solution for me. Additionally, I love to use API's and Webhooks to keep my data in sync across multiple platforms and so I was pleased to see Waitlister has both options. I even asked their team if they could add a Webhook Event Type for me to handle people who unsubscribe from the Waitlister emails and they added it in for me really quickly for which I am very grateful. All in all, I give this product and the team the top rating as it has met, and surpassed, my expectations.

I can only say good things about Waitlister...and I am a picky/difficult client. Their landing page is very user friendly, and Devin (the owner) directly answers your emails very rapidly - there is no customer service in a foreign country which can be burdensome. I have checked competitors, and Waitlister's pricing is more than reasonable (I don't like to criticize the competition, so please do your own homework). I am building up a waitlist with a very small budget, and Waitlister appeared to be the best choice for my goals and my budget. I wish you all the best luck in your endeavors.

What most stands out about Waitlister is how it eliminates all the technical hurdles of creating a waitlist. Instead of spending time setting up hosting, databases, and email services, I was able to focus on what matters - building my product. The drag-and-drop editor made customizing my landing page incredibly intuitive, and the built-in referral system helped with getting virality. I also appreciate how the analytics dashboard gives me clear insights into sign-up trends and engagement metrics.
