Efficient, Communicative Team and Security Solution

I find the Vynox Portal very handy for seeing all reported incidents, the steps to reproduce them, and adding notes once they are resolved to see if they are ready for retesting. I appreciate their communication on Slack for resolving issues quickly. The speed and style of their communication were influential in my decision to choose Vynox Security PTaaS. I also like the ongoing security posture checks they provide.

Responsive team, careful testing on live production

Responsive and easy to work with. They followed our low-impact rules on single-instance production hosts with zero impact, adapted quickly when blockers came up, and the dashboard kept assets, access details and reports in one place.

Efficient, Innovative Security Testing Platform

|Vynox Security PTaaS
I appreciate Vynox Security PTaaS for their cost-effectiveness and their strong track record in the UK. Their platform helps with manual and automated penetration testing, reducing the time to generate reports. I find their expertise and methodology valuable, especially their approach to user engagement. It was easy for me to add information, get real-time updates, and download reports, which makes it very much like a self-serve platform. They have brought up a platform quickly for automated testing and provide good feedback, showing they are innovative. This gives me reassurance and confidence in the robust and secure platform they help build. I am enthusiastic about continuing to work with them and maybe explore other forms of security testing.
