vuco is mobile invoicing software for one-person trade businesses in Europe. The job is captured on site: working time, photos and extra work recorded on the phone, including with no signal. Data syncs once a connection returns. From that job record vuco produces an e-invoice meeting EN 16931 and the European hybrid formats Factur-X and ZUGFeRD. Every invoice is validated against the EN 16931 rule set on the server before it can be issued, so a document that would be rejected is caught before sending rather than after. Each invoice carries an EPC QR code and SEPA details so the customer can pay by scanning. Payment reminders are proposed, never sent automatically: nothing leaves the app without approval. Quotes can be accepted by the customer on a hosted page. Country Packs hold the local tax and formatting rules. Germany ships first, including the small-business scheme under section 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmer). vuco is available on Android.
