The software is easy to use and it links to my erp system which makes it easy to take orders and ship

Years past we had always been using Worldship to process UPS packages, it works okay for what it is, but if we wanted to use other shippers it became cumbersome to have 3 or 4 different versions of shipping software for each company we use, and that is just for parcel. It was decided to try out Starship mostly because it had the capability to integrate with our dealership software, the setup was a bit time consuming and at times confusing, but with the help of the support team at Vtechnologies we got the whole parcel process streamlined. After this happened we were able to keep up with daily demand quite easily, so much so that when one of the two parcel shippers quit, we were able to devote the other worker to parcel shipping full time and was still able to keep up with the demand. After we streamlined the process further we implemented it company wide and are now able to ship a package using Starship in a matter of seconds.

The best features are being able to compare rates among multiple carries quickly, being able to import orders for several different customers with different label requirements in one smooth run.
