Timo is an AI receptionist for hotels, hostels and serviced apartments. It answers guest questions around the clock on WhatsApp, on the phone and by email, with one shared memory across channels, so a guest who messages in the evening and calls the next morning never repeats themselves. It guides digital check-in, captures and routes service requests to the team with the full conversation attached, and offers relevant upgrades such as early check-in, late checkout, parking or a room upgrade at the moment the guest is deciding. It asks departing guests for a review at the right time. Timo does not replace the reception team. It absorbs the repetitive volume (WiFi, breakfast times, directions, parking, late checkout) and escalates anything with real stakes, a complaint, a refund, a safety issue, to a person. It is live with Mews and PMS-agnostic by design, handles 15+ languages, and most properties run a first version within about two weeks.
