The voice clarity is awesome. We can mute, and unmute calls. We can even make conference calls and easily transfer calls to managers or senior persons. VOIP Office has made calling and texting very easy. We can save the contacts to the VOIP phonebook. The customer support is excellent and helpful. I have been using VOIP Office for 05 working days a week. VOIP has made recruitment very easy for the people working offshore.

VoIP Communicator is the software I used for making calls and sending VM to candidates mostly I can directly reach candidates I find in CEIPAL just by clicking their number, and VoIP will automatically dial the number. I can listen to the recorded conversation also.
