VoiceOI is a no-code platform for outbound phone calls made by AI voice bots. It is built for call centers, BPOs and outbound sales teams. How bots work - You build bots in a visual script builder. Recorded-voice fronters follow a branching script of voice lines you record. AI agents hold a conversation inside limits you set. - You test every script in the simulator before it calls a real lead. Connections - Bots log in to VICIdial as remote agents. They are provisioned in bulk, and outcomes are written back as dispositions. - Bots can also dial through any SIP carrier, including Twilio and Telnyx SIP trunks. On each call - Bots detect answering machines and end those calls. - They handle spoken do-not-call requests and offer an optional AI-voice disclosure. - They live-transfer qualified callers to your human closers, with call notes. - Every bot can export call data to Google Sheets. Pricing - Billing is prepaid per bot, where one bot is one concurrent call. Prices per bot per month: recorded-voice fronters from $30, the AI fronter from $70, AI lead gen from $150. - Prices drop at higher volumes, and there is no per-minute AI fee. Your carrier bills the minutes. Scope: outbound only; conversations are English-first.
